Scope
This Policy applies to information handled through this website and in connection with services provided by Storage Lead Solutions LLC. A client agreement may add instructions governing information processed for a client.
Information we collect
We may collect names, business contact information, company and facility information, websites, account identifiers, service selections, billing details, communications, support requests, approvals, and information submitted through forms. When included in contracted services, we may process call metadata, call recordings, transcripts, inquiry outcomes, customer-service observations, and performance data.
We may also receive device, browser, IP-address, log, cookie, referral, and website-usage information from hosting, security, and analytics providers.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate service fit; deliver, secure, support, and improve Services; configure tracking and reporting; communicate about accounts and billing; prevent fraud and misuse; enforce agreements; comply with law; and establish or defend legal claims.
Client responsibilities for submitted data
Clients are responsible for having the authority and providing all notices and consents necessary to give us information, including call recordings and information about employees, callers, applicants, customers, and prospects. Clients must not provide sensitive information that is unnecessary for the Services.
Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to vendors supporting website hosting, email, communications, analytics, security, payment processing, call tracking, transcription, reporting, customer management, and professional advice. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Payment-card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored directly by this website.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or government requests; protect rights, safety, and security; investigate fraud or abuse; enforce agreements; or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business.
Call recordings
Call recording is enabled only when included in the agreed scope and technically configured. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. The client is responsible for determining applicable requirements and providing required disclosures and consents. We may suspend recording when compliance is uncertain.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including service delivery, account administration, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement. Retention periods vary by data type, contract, system, and legal requirement.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Clients must protect credentials, limit account access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized activity.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by emailing us. Requests are subject to identity verification, contractual obligations, legal exceptions, security needs, and records we must retain. You may opt out of nonessential marketing messages while continuing to receive service and transaction communications.
